If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation.

AI Shield Nexus is a division of MTC Global Services, providing:

• Privacy-first AI solutions
• Secure LLM and RAG architectures
• AI-powered automation, chat, and voice systems
• Enterprise-grade AI infrastructure

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You must not:

• Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise AI systems
• Upload malicious code or unauthorised data

Our Services involve artificial intelligence technologies.

For enterprise clients:

• You are responsible for the data you provide
• You must ensure you have the right to process and share such data
• You must comply with applicable data protection laws, including:
  • General Data Protection Regulation
  • Nigeria Data Protection Regulation

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We implement:

• Privacy-by-design architecture
• Secure AI processing environments
• Data minimisation principles

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

We may:

• Update, modify, or discontinue services
• Perform maintenance without prior notice

Where applicable:

• Fees will be agreed contractually
• Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Shield Nexus against claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your use of AI outputs

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You breach these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• Required by law

You may terminate use at any time.

Both parties agree to:

• Protect confidential information
• Not disclose sensitive business or technical data

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:

• The United Kingdom and/or Nigeria (depending on contract jurisdiction)

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
